Overview
AI & Automation Consultant with 6+ years of experience across data engineering, cloud infrastructure and AI systems.
I work with businesses to identify operational inefficiencies, redesign workflows and build custom AI-powered systems that reduce manual work and lower operating costs.
Having delivered 20+ projects for businesses across the UK and Europe, I combine hands-on engineering expertise with a business-focused approach, from workflow assessment and solution architecture through to deployment and ongoing optimization.
Where it started
Mar 2020 to Dec 2022 · Property valuation start-up
Building data systems at this scale is what led to bringing AI into the workflow, and from there into AI and automation consulting.

Highlight project · TEFL Group
A complete assessment platform, customised for TEFL Group.
The problem. TEFL Group paid assessors a fee for every assessment, and each course has several. Costs scaled with every new student.
The solution. Autograder connects directly to their Moodle LMS and fetches every fresh submission each day. It grades each answer against the rubric defined for that question and writes the feedback. Assessors monitor the grading and verify it before approving, so fewer assessors are needed.
A human approves every grade. The AI never decides on its own.

Why it exists. SmushChat was designed and developed after repeatedly encountering clients struggling with the high cost, complex deployment and maintenance of existing solutions.
Established options charge per resolution, as Intercom does, or limit the number of queries, as Chatbase does, so the bill grows with the success of the bot.
The focus is on making AI practical, cost-efficient and accessible, reducing deployment time to just 10 minutes.
What it does
Built to help businesses train AI on their own knowledge, capture leads, understand customer conversations, integrate with existing workflows and hand conversations to humans.
